each time i call hit one then 0 to speak to a customer serve agent about my rewards issue, it does a error call can not be completed at this time

redeemed 135 points for : $50 Designer Sunglasses E-Gift Certificate. the code i was sent in a email followed the sep b step in what the email said to do and hit enter on reedemhere.com and this came up * Your account is no longer active.
