I can't sign in, I just get processing, which I can't get signed in, I'v been on web site for 2yrs, Please help

Hi MaryLou, Sorry to hear that. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported but may affect complete enjoyment of the full MCR experience.

I had the same problem with the website using Google Chrome. I tried with Internet Explorer and was able to log in.
