Cannot get my point balance or enter codes!!!

So your site is still not fully working...what's it been 3 weeks since its official launch and you IT people still have not addressed all the issues...seems to me your "NEW" MCR site is still in BETA!!!...cannot get my point balance or enter codes.

Try to use another browser I was using Internet Explorer 11.0.16. I installed Google Chrome and was able to log onto Coke...BUT there are other problems as you may not be able to enter codes and view your points. Good Luck!

Hello Diane, Sorry to hear that. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported but may affect complete enjoyment of the full MCR experience.
