Cannot log in | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have been trying to log in for 2 weeks now and nothing is working. I have tried to call you every day and I cannot get through When I get to the black screen there is no where to sign in I have tried all of the inquiries on it Please help me,I know I don't know much about computers but this is terrible
