My husband, daughter and I each have an account. We cannot access the accounts anymore. Says our email is no recognized. We have been using these for years. My husband has called the support number three times and each time was told it would be corrected. That was three weeks ago when it first started. We have lost three weeks of putting points in. We have tried to change our password but says it doesn't recognize the emails. We had 1700 points on all of them give or take. Please direct us to get this fixed!
