Cannot log in for more than 12 hours regardless or browser or computer used

I have not been able to log in for more than 12 hours. It says "We are sorry, we cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." I have tried IE, Chrome, Firefox ans Safari. I have tried two different computers. I cannot log into MyCokeRewards.com or EnjoyMoreMadness.com. Please advise what I should do now?

Yes, I am still getting the same error message.  It's been a couple of days now.  I am freaking out that I am going to lose my points on MCR and my prizes on EnjoyMoreMadness!

Hi Jennifer, please try clearing your cache and cookies. If this issue persists, please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

I tried clearing my data and it still does not work. Tried multiple computers and browsers as well. I called your 800# and the agent who answered seemed really confused. She told me she'd send a request to have my account "unlocked" but it would take 5-7 days! Wow!
