I am unable to sign in. It will not recognize my email address. I entered points recently, but today it does not recognize my email address. It tells me that I can sign in through Facebook, but again it will not recognize my email address even though I get a message that my facebook email is stored.

Hi Barbara, Would you mind giving us a call so that we can assist you? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.

That can certainly be frustrating, Milie. We can certainly work to assist you if you wouldn't mind contacting us directly to troubleshoot (as we are not experiencing sitewide errors). In the message above where I indicated my problem, there is a yellow arrow with the word "solved" on it. The problem has definitely NOT BEEN SOLVED! So far I have called and talked to a representative, but the problem is still there.
