Sorry to hear that Nancy. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported but may affect complete enjoyment of the full MCR experience. Our website will not perform if you’re using private browsing mode.

if you cant acess the site you cant put points in . I put points on the phone didnt see them either yes i would like points returned
