Can't get to site

I have been trying to get on your site for over a week and it keeps telling me the page has been moved, but it won't re-direct. Help!

Hi, Wanda. Please clear your cache and cookies or try using a different browser. MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Dear Veronica, I have been faithfully entering codes from bottle caps for 2-3 years now. I am getting close to the reward I want. If I don't enter more codes soon I will lose what I have accumulated. I have done everything you suggested here regarding emptying cache and cookies using Firefox 44 and a brand new copy of Chrome that had NO cookies or caches. The My Coke Rewards site does not work. I have even tried to access the MCR site using a brand new MacBookPro, where the browsers had never even tried to access MCR. I am starting to believe the whole points thing is a scam.

Where can I write to My Coke Rewards directly? In order to get an Email address  customer service, you have to log on to the website. I cannot log on to the website because "the server is not responding." Please give me an Email address where I can contact My Coke Rewards directly.

Browser updates are not the issue. I have Chrome version 48. and that is the most up to date, I have also attempted with IE 11 and Firefox 41, the most up to date of each browser.
It is the domain. Get this issue resolved first and then tell people they need to update their browser if that still does not work.
Until then, get some tech folk who are able to get the servers up and running again and put them to work.

Thank you! Right, my browsers are all updated, from Firefox to safari. The Coke reward website is the problem.

MCR folks are still NOT getting it.  We need to be able to go online and enter codes and Firefox and Chrome browsers do not give us access.  This is like a plot to prevent us from being able to enter codes and qualify for rewards.  Please offer us some assistance by getting the website to work for us.

I wrote directly to Coke, which I believe they must have forwarded my message over to MCR.  They replied with all of this detailed description on which version of what browsers will work.  They gave all of this browser advice and said if I still had problems to contact my internet provider.  Miraculously, I went directly to the site right after I read the email and BOOM!  Works just fine now.  Even from my phone now too, just like it used to months ago.  Anyone else try to go on to MCR recently and find it working again?

I tried accessing with Chrome, IE, and Firefox just now and none of them worked. Which versions did they have you downgrade to to make it work? I say downgrade because ALL of my browsers are up to date with the most recent version and nothing comes through but error after error.

Wow! I did not downgrade actually. All of my browsers are completely up to date and I didn't change a thing. It just started working for me again out of the blue. My Firefox is something like 44.0 or higher. This is CRAZY.

@TM is right, the problem is the domain.
A DNS lookup for mycokerewards.com resolves correctly, but it then redirects you to www.mycokerewards.com,  which does not resolve.

It seems something went wrong with the propagation of this domain, and about half of the world is not seeing any address:
https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/www.mycokerewards.com

I called coke and was told it was my browser and you are able to go to the austrailian site which states the program ends 7/16/2016
