Can't log in | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have only been able to log into the new Coca Cola rewards website one time. For the past couple of weeks however, whenever I try to enter codes to claim a reward (i.e. Amazon gift card, Walmart gift card, etc) it doesn't let me enter codes &/or log in. Help!!

I tried logging in and there is no place to put my email or password!!
