can't move from Bronze to Sliver | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

What is the problem with your REDEEM site? i can enter codes.. but i have been trying to go from Bronze to Silvver for about 3 months.. and it will NOT move off of +2 so i can move.. Please let me know.. cant get to the better prizes without moving up. thanks
