Can't read codes and there are no answers from Coke to all similar questions.

I have two codes from Diet Coke cases and the codes are either unreadable or just don't work. We have tried every combination of what they could be and nothing works.
Why are the codes written on plastic so much harder to read than the twelve pack cardboard codes and what do we do with the codes that don't work? Also, why are there no answers from Coke on similar posted questions?

I scanned in my case codes and sent them a pic thru customer service email, then they gave me credit, might want to try that
