Can't sign in | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I am having problems trying to sign in using my Facebook account. It goes to a popup and then comes right back to the sign in page. If I try and sign in using my Facebook credentials it just sits there saying processing? I have points that I already had in the system and I don't want to lose them by setting up a new account but I can't currently sign on and add more points, what can I do?

Hi Robin, we're sorry to hear that. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported but may affect complete enjoyment of the full MCR experience. Our website will not perform if you’re using private browsing mode.
