Cant sign in. Redirected to new member signup. | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I cant sign into my acct. It keeps saying that it doesnt recognize my email and sign in password and tries to sign me up as a new member........WHY?

Hi Carol, Please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
