getting the error messiage every time. tried several codes. no luck

Hey Buddy, give us a call and we will be able to credit you for those points. Just call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
