Can't enter my codes. Keep getting error about 0's and o's.

I can't enter my codes today. It let me enter some, but then started giving me an error telling me that o's were 0's. This happens even when there are no 0's in my code.

I tried chip and he was no help still CANNOT ENTER ANY CODES
