Can't enter Winter Getaway Instant Win

I have been trying to enter the winter getaway instant win ever since it started. I do live in CA so i qualify for the sweeps, and i REALLY want to win it!!! But after I click the option of "use a free entry", I am taken to a blank screen. Next time I go back, I have lost one of my available entries. So I never get to play the game, whatever it is. I did find one other person online who is having the exact same problem; I have cleared my cache, my browser is fully updated, I have flash player, etc. and i have no problems playing any of the other instant win sweeps! Can you give me any advice? Are people able to successfully enter this one? Thank you!

Sorry to hear that Kathie. Have you tried a different web browser? If that still does not work, feel free to give us a call to speak to an agent individually. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. After trying the game on 3 different browsers, I spoke with customer service. Apparently there is no graphic that goes along with this instant win. I am used to falling chips, spinning slots, etc. on the MCR instant win games. So after I submit my entry, I am taken to a mostly blank screen (still has the coke banner etc on top), and at the bottom of the blank screen is the word "continue" - pressing continue takes me to the win or lose screen. At least now I know my entries are being recorded.
