Can't login | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have been waiting months for the free 12pk for 30 pts and its finally here but the website is saying that it doesn't recognize my email address or password so I cant login. It won't let me change my password either. I don't want to miss this deal because of some error. Please help!
