Catalog item return to catalog and multimillion point giveaway SNAFU

I had contacted you a few weeks ago about a digital camera binocular combo that was removed from the Mycokerewards catalog. I had ordered a 12" stainless steel frying pan which had been returned to the catalog. If I had ordered the camerabinocular combo first , I would be able to get the frying pan now.. You had said that it (binoc/camera combo) would be returned to the catalog. So far there are a few new things and other things have been removed or are listed as "out of stock"... Any idea when it will be reintroduced???
Also in the mega million point giveaway game. My first nine attempts were no wins, yet today I was given a pick 3 out of 9 game option... What's up with that? shouldn't I have had the pick 3 out of 9 game for my first 9 entries?????
