Change E-mail Address | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have tried several times to change my email address on your site. I fill out the form that comes up but nothing ever becomes of it. I have tried 3 times????? Can you help me please.

I have tried since Nov. I have called coke several times and I never get the email at the new address!!

Please submit your request via the Contact Us form found here: CokeURL.com/MCRContact. Please make sure that you enter your working email address into the email field on the form so that Consumer Care can email you to your working address. Be sure to include a note in your message about not being able to access your old email account. Thank you!
