youre website says my school is registered. yet no one in my school knows who the coordinator is, or who signed us up. is there a way to change the coordinator, or resign up the school?

i called...
the person was not helpful, as he was unable to give me any information as to who the previous coordinator was. the problem is, that no one in the school does either! the person may no longer be associated with the school, and even if (s)he is associated with the school, never advertised or did anything in regards to the program, so no one knows who this person is.
i am a teacher in the school, and would LOVE to use points towards my classroom! i am more than willing to be the new coordinator, if the previous person wants to give up the task.
so... now what?
