I just redeemed a 6 month subscription to Club Pogo. The code DOES NOT work. I see that it may have expired but I just redeemed it TODAY. Why have it on your website still if it is no longer valid??? How do I get my 400 points back?!?!

Hello Lisa, Club Pogo rewards are no longer available as of 12/31. Can you please provide the link to the Club Pogo reward you redeemed?

I have reached out to them as well, and they are saying the error is on YOUR end because you let me redeem something that was expired. So now, how about refunding my 400 points???

Do you have any idea how long this investigation will take? I have been going back and forth with you for a week now. This is crazy. But it is also simple. You gave me a product which has expired. You offered it and allowed me to redeem it. This is your error, not mine. So the solution is simple. Refund the points you took away from me since I can not use them! Why are you making it so hard?
