Code entry box not working | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

The code entry box isn't working for me. It hasn't worked for over a week now. It lets me type, then just goes gray or freezes up when I click the enter button. This happens on both home computers, my iPad and my work computer. What's up with this?

Hi, Cory. Sorry to hear that. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported but may affect complete enjoyment of the full MCR experience. Our website will not perform if you’re using private browsing mode.
