Code Entry is Unavailable | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I need to enter points by tomorrow or my points expire. When I try to enter codes it says code entry is unavailable.

Sorry to hear that Rita. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? MCR will perform best with Internet Explorer 10, Chrome and Firefox 19 or higher. Internet Explorer 9 or higher and FF 16 or higher are also supported but may affect complete enjoyment of the full MCR experience. Our website will not perform if you’re using private browsing mode.

If you continue to have problems, please call 866-674-2653 between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. EST M–F. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
