I just entered 2 codes, I had 2996 points & it went down to 2300 points can you help ?

Hi Rhonda, Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9 a.m.-7 p.m. EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
