I'm having trouble entering codes and am getting "Sorry, the promotion is over. Your code is no longer active." What gives?

Make sure you don't have any caps or box tops with 12-character codes...those have been discontinued for about 1-2 years.

I also have the same problem with various 12-pack codes, all of which have been recently purchased and are 14-character codes. What's going on?

Same thing is happening to me - I have quite a few codes that are not working. They are all 14 digit codes.

my best by date is April 18 2016 so this 12 pack is very fresh but it says promo over...

morning, i just got off the phone with the coke company. they by that i mean the rep that answered the phone, i "cannot speculate why this is happening but please send us the codes via the mail along with your email address so we can credit you the points". this is great but this is the 2nd time this has happened since the new year. so far i have seven 10 point codes that i have to mail them to be credited. address is Industry and Consumer Affairs
