I tried to submit codes and got "Promotion is over" message. I thought we could still put codes in until March 23

I got the same thing this morning posting codes for Coke 12-packs - Coke only. The others I posted (Sprite and Coke Zero Cherry along with one Coke out of three) worked fine.

Just send an email with the codes that are saying Promotion Over and Coke will credit your account within 48 hours. They will redeem codes over the 75 point limit too. Good luck!

go on MCR page and look for "Contact Us" . You will have several choices. Send a email via the link they provide listing the codes and the problem of Promotion Over or Invalid Codes. They will send a confirmation email and then credit your account in a day or two.
