I have a cap from a 20 oz Sprite with a MCR code on it. When I try to add the code I get an error message, stating there is something wrong with the code. I have tried several times but get the same message. I'd like to get my points.

Hi Jenn, we'll be happy to credit you these points. Just call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.

I now have 2 box ends that I get the same error message and a cap.
I also have thrown away some Mcdonalds coke rewards because of this message.
