Code not working | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I entered a code and it said it was unable to process at that time so I tried again later and it said it was already redeemed. I didn't receive any points for it though.

Sorry to hear that Nicole. Would you mind please giving us a call so that we can connect you with an agent directly? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They will make sure you get credited for those points.

i should be able 2 fix it w/the agent but it doesn't understand anything i write why is that i just might stop drinking coke n no nascar stuff why is that also
