No shrink wrap problem, my problem is with the quality of the cap on the 2litre bottles. They are unreadable, and the plastic/rubble seal is bubbling up so you can't read the number printed. When you try to remove it, you destroy the entire number. I had a second person read the numbers to me and we also attempted additional numbers or letters that may have been similar to what we were trying to look at under the cap. The plastic rubber seal under the cap has a few small bubbles that make it difficult to see the printed number or it is not there due to damage to the cap when twisting off the bottle. I was successful with one number entered, each of the other two I have will not go in due to an error that states "you have put in an incorrect sequence, or try again with out spaces (100). No spaces were put in. I used both caps and lowercase as instructed in the troubleshooting and substituted letters ie, V's U's 3's 8's F's E's T ect due to the poor visibility of the number under the cap. First number I put in was fine, I used the 3 points to enter to win a 100.00 Visa gift card. The second the number is no longer readable after trying to work around the seal under the cap where the black code is stamped and faded. The third is very clear and we did the letter variations as stated in the trouble-shooter. These are from 3 new 2 litre bottles of Coca Cola Classic, URMMW7FNMRBF46, variations were V's instead of U's, M's to N's and F's to E's and an "A" instead of a 4 just in case the number is faded as the three that I tried were. No good will not accept. Frustrating to get a number that is not easily visible or readable under a poorly manufactured cap on the coke bottle. I feel I'm owed 6 points and would like to know how to redeem them with the numbers that have been saved to my computer during the many attempts to completes this task. Ahhhh, I need the 100,00 visa card, but not the aggravation. I don't even drink Cola my boyfriend does. Please correct the quality of the codes to be legible and be sure they are coded correctly to put them into the program to be able to get prises. This is no fun........ I just want to win something for my efforts, yea like the 100.00 gift card would be nice if I even had a chance? OH well, enough said. Please fix the problem and if you would put the 6 points for the two other bottles of Coca Cola Classic 2 liter that were not accepted. I will consider this again once I have seen I have the points added to my account and the next bottle of cola I purchase has a cap that is fair to the consumer and hassle free when participating in this marketing ploy. Thank you and I look forward to hearing for the Coca Cola company as I am sure the issue will be corrected and we can continue to try play and win.

Nothing is better to mix a Cuba Libra on the weekend than Coca Cola Classic and Captain Silver. However When Coca Cola Classic brand is almost 2.00 and the store brand is only 79c, we make the sacrifice of the cheeper cola and add the pennies to our gas tank to get to and from the store and home. It was fun to see the sale for this week to have our Classic for just a dollar a 2litr bottle and to top it off this fun yet frustrating chore to put the codes into a system that doesn't work. All you really want to know is who is buying right? Well I bought cause we like it, but we will by cheeper brands as most people do because of the economy. Besides it's really about the rum right? lMAO about writing all of this, but I must keep the humor of this in mind as Coca Cola put me to work with this data entry that is not paying off for my

efforts at my chance to win a prize and enjoy a real coca cola with my boyfriends Cuba Libre........If you took the time to read this rant and enjoyed the canter of this situation, great, I have accomplished my task of taking up the time of the tech person and maybe sharing a laugh about it as the issue is corrected, no harm done, just hand over my points and let me have my chances to win a great prize for a change. We need a break, we need a 100.00 visa card, we need the grand prize, and I think with my lunch I will join my boyfriend with a Cuba Libre with all the coca cola classic we have. I will do the honors and read everyone else's rants as well. And for your own piece of mind, well who ever really took the time to read all of this, I'll say (write) nothing more about it. Unless there is some praise due to some awesome person who loves there job here and does a kick ass job.
