Codes not working | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

"Sorry, the promotion is over" comes up when I enter some codes lately. What does that mean? These are from recently purchased Cokes.

We're sorry about that inconvenience, please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
