Codes that don't work | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

Most of the codes I enter work perfectly, but about 10 percent of the caps say that there's an error. I try entering them numerous times and ensure that they're correct, but I get only errors for these. I see answers to questions like this, and there's a link to an address, but that link - http://CokeURL.com/8pnf - comes back with this error: Link Not Found. Please let me know the correct link and/or address to send these caps/codes to. Thank you in advance.

Hi, Doug. Please call 866-674-2653 anytime between 9 a.m.–7p.m. EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
