Codes won't work for school donation, but work for other stuff!

My school of choice is signed up for the Coca-Cola Gives program but none of my codes are valid according to the site.  I verified it is the right type of product, the correct number of digits, and I verified I am entering them correct because after they didn't work for donation, they DID work on a free Shutterfly book and another on a coke vending machine raffle, which are useless things for me.  There is no reason these codes should not work for school donation as far as I can tell and I have a bucket full of codes to submit for donation, NOT for giveaway raffles.
