Codes are not being accepted. I've tried to enter three separate codes yesterday and today from just-purchased Coke Zero and Power Zero products, and I get the "Oops there was a problem in the code you entered" error. Which is false as I can read and know what letters/numbers are. Your system is malfunctioning.
