I have about a dozen codes that tell me there are errors every time I try to put them in ,why do you make the codes so hard to read?

Hi Debra, we will be happy to credit your account for those codes. Just call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
