Why can we no longer get online help for codes that won't enter? Why do we now have to pay extra to mail you the code? Also if we do how do we know we will really get credit?
Hi Dana, unfortunately, that is the only way to get credit for those codes at the moment. You can rest assured that after receiving your codes, our team will credit you for the points.
Thank you for responding I kinda figured that was the only way. The last time I sent them a picture of the code in a post and they couldn't do it that way either so I just threw the points away.
