Coke Rewards MP3 Player Doesn't work

We spent 1500 points to get your 8GB MP3 Player. It arrived this week and we have spent HOURS trying to get it to work. Well, it doesn't. I've tried using it with a different cable to connect to our computer and no matter what I try (or which computer I try to use), the thing will not be recognized. I am so disappointed to have spent all these points and to receive something that won't work.

I want to return it and get my points back. HELP!

I had a problem similar. I contacted Coke Rewards. They refunded my points! No questions asked! Give them a call.

just wonderful, after 4 months of mostly not looking at this thing I began to download directly from sites to my PC & loaded them to the Coke Rewards mp3 player. Then the battery died...after some 30 hours of charging it began to play for more than 30 seconds. It works, but not very well. Save your points is my suggestion!
