We spent 1500 points to get your 8GB MP3 Player. It arrived this week and we have spent HOURS trying to get it to work. Well, it doesn't. I've tried using it with a different cable to connect to our computer and no matter what I try (or which computer I try to use), the thing will not be recognized. I am so disappointed to have spent all these points and to receive something that won't work.
I want to return it and get my points back. HELP!
