Coke Zero March Madness NCAA prizes and team gear issue!

I won prizes from the Coke Zero NCAA March Madness Basketball game and none of them have been shipped. I didn't even receive an e-mail for my two $20 concert cash either. And my Team gear I ordered weeks ago still haven't been shipped! When will they be shipped? And when will I get them?

Be patient. It may take 8-10 weeks before you see anything.

Hi Holly, You can check the status of your order by visiting your Account and selecting, "Redemption History". You will also receive an estimated shipping time in your order confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam folder as well.
