I was given the bracket that had the winning team in your basketball bracket challenge that ended with the Final Four. It said we would receive our prizes within 4-6 months from the end of the promotion and though I have received all my other prizes, it has been past the 6 months deadline and I still have not received my final prize of the $50 Visa Gift Card. Every time I have inquired about this using your email contact link on your Coke Rewards website, I always get the same response, which I assume must be automated, that says "you will receive your prize(s) within 4-6 months from the end of the promotion." Please have a "live" someone respond to this issue and tell me why I haven't yet received my final prize and when I can expect it. And, please also include how I am to expect to receive it, either by post or by email, etc. Thank you
