Compaint to Coke on rewards program | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I have written Coke numerous times complaining about their rewards program. First 2 times I got no answer. The third was thanks for my opinion for my concern and that was all. So, in my opinion, Coke does not care about their customers. They made a big mistake and refuse to admit it when they switch over.

I totally agree with you! I switched to Pepsi! They made me waste a lot of codes from lids and coke cartons. They suck!!'

I found that Pepsi and RC Cola are actually very good. I DO NOT miss drinking coke products as much as I originally thought I would.
