When attempting to click on the "Confirm Address" link in a prize notification, I am taken to a page that says "Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later." I have tried at least 20 times over the last 5 days to confirm so my prize can be processed but I receive this same error message every time. The prize is still showing "Pending" status and I have received an Alert message that stated I was a winner. I have sent email to support with screenshots of what I am seeing with no response. I need to know when this error will be corrected and if I need to take any further action on my part to receive the prize.
