Confused!!! | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I had points with the old program did I lose them? Next I have some parents that are trying to donate to my school it does not send them to the right place. I have a certain organazation that they are trying to send to and it just sends them to Flatonia elementary which is not what we wanted so now how do I get those points into the right account.
I am very unhappy that we are limited to how many caps/points we can put in .I have tons from our students it will take me years to p in.ut all of this. Coke really screwed up going to this program !

Points usually expired due to inactivity. We define inactivity as not entering any codes or spending any points for a 90-day period. We will be glad to return the points as a one-time courtesy. To get the correct school information where you want the points donated to, please contact support@KULA.com for assistance.

The 75 weekly point entry aim is to ensure the continued sustainability of the program, the weekly limit was updated to 75 points effective 1/20/2015. That point total does not include Bonus Points. You can track how many points you’ve earned every week in the Points History section of your “Full Profile.”

So basically, if you have parents that continue to send in caps and multi-pack points, you just have to put them aside and pretend you're still able to enter codes as before But oh this Kula system is ideal and helps to sustain the Program! Yes! Of course we believe you.
