Confusing wording in FREE Shutterfly e-mail

Hey Y'all!!

Help me out here if you can...What's the 'deal' on this 'free' Shutterfly Photobook?? Which is it?!? Do I enter "A" (which means "one", where I come from)...or five codes?!

PLEASE let me know... preferably BEFORE the deadline to order.
