There was a technological issue with the seeding of the prizes which resulted in you and some other consumers seeing a non-winning message when you played the game, yet receiving a conflicting email saying that you were a winner of the prize. The prize consisted of a personal fitness kit, a $50 Costco Cash Card, and a $55 Costco Membership Certificate. The original message you saw on your screen was correct; you did not have a winning game play. The wins for that day had already been awarded before you participated. The incorrect email was the result of a
technology error.

We apologize very much for the inconvenience and as a token of our appreciation for your membership, we will credit your account with 10 bonus points. In addition, we will conduct a special drawing from among the affected consumers for four additional prizes according to the process set forth in the Official Rules.
