Cookie Jar Arrived with Broken Lid | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

I've been a loyal MCR member since it first started. Ordered a Cookie Jar several years ago, and it arrived with a broken lid. Contacted MCR and they "couldn't find" my reward. Lol Saved up another 1,000 points to get another one, but when I went to get that reward they upped the requirement to something like 1,050 (...or 1,100ish??) points. Took a few weeks to get enough points...then when I logged in the cookie jar reward option had vanished!!! Very annoying. :-|
