coupon not sent | My Coke Rewards Customer Community

i was looking for a support page a while ago! i reedemed a 1.5 liter coupon when i first started cokerewards. it never got mailed or sent via email or anything, wondering if i could still get my coupon..

Hi April. We are sorry to hear that. Would you mind please giving us a call so that we can connect you with an agent directly? Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent. They will get your points reinstated.
