What's going on with the website customer service? I've emailed three times about the same issue over the last 2+ weeks and have yet to get a reply other than an automated one.

I won the year supply of Wheat Thins and Coke Zero. I received my prize a few weeks ago, but the Coke Zero coupons I was sent are not valid for another 6 months. I'd like to know why and how I can exchange them for coupons I can use.

After almost 3 weeks I finally received a reply yesterday, which was basically, "We meant to do that. Sorry.". Very disappointed in you guys. If you're going to give away prizes that can't be used immediately, you need to put those terms in the rules.
