Customer Service Line doesn't allow me to speak to representative

I would like to speak with a representative but the phone service keeps hanging up on me. How can I get through to someone?

Hi Monica, we're sorry to hear that. Be sure to call 866-674-2653 anytime 9am-7pm EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to ‘find out how MCR works’, and 0 to reach an agent.
