If further assistance is needed, please call our Customer Care center BUT I NEVER HAD ANY POINTS ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE IVE NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM!!!! I SPEND ALOT OF MONEY ON YOUR PRODUCTS JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE CANT YOU DO A LITTLE BETTER IN HELPING WHEN THERES A PROBLEM???

Hi Lizz, Please call 866-674-2653 anytime 9 a.m.-7p.m. EST Monday through Friday to reach an agent directly. Select your language, press 1 to "find out how MCR works" and 0 to reach an agent. They can best assist you individually.
