Did not receive $10 Amazon ecard

I redeemed my points for the $10 Amazon egift card. The status of the reward said 'fulfilled' yet I never got the email with the code. I contacted customer service, but they told me to check my inbox and spam again. I did. Still didn't get the email.

 Can I please get the code resent to blthomas@new.rr.com

I would really appreciate the help!
